Art Nouveau by Daria Grigorieva.

   In Russia, to be more specific Moscow a retro Art Nouveau apartment was designed by interior designer Daria Grigorieva. The 120 square meter apartment designed by solid oak wood and tiny mosaic gives us a flash back in the design world. This luxurious apartment takes us a trip back to time bringing us memories of an old era. The Art Nouveau is the idea of adapting different structures within the environment not only flowers or plant but also curved lines. Giving the impression of living structure as most realistic, an art that started in (1890-1910) and inspires until today. So that’s what we see in this Russian apartment, a natural Art Nouveau from the point o view of the designer Daria Grogorieva. The perfect finishing of the wood motives the collection of fine furniture and the details that make the conclusion. 

A white creative idea…

   A simple idea to decorate your house, find a dry plant and paint it with a white color. Make sure you leave the roots so you can support on the vase. Then take a transparent glass vase and fill it with white decorative sand, throw a few decorative white glass stones or any other color you wish. After your plant has dried put it on the top of the vase. An easy idea to make, hope you enjoy it.

   The color white one of the safest colors that everyone can use. White is neutral color that can fit everywhere small or big spaces. It can be chic, elegant and luxurious at the same time. It gives you the flexibility to change your space in now time with the addition of a color. Imagine a white bathroom with only a red bathroom carpet and then imagine a blue bathroom carpet it a big change. The white color helps you to make changes easily with low cost and at the same time you can have a perfect, chic result.

     

   I consider it the ideal color for small apartment, small spaces. It helps the area to look tranquil. Why? Because small spaces have a lot of disadvantages. Not a lot of light not easy to make changes. So applying white color on the wall can be a life-saver with white curtains offers you a calm space, with the option of a changing the theme of your space or home by adding colorful objects.

     

   By adding any other colors or colored object in your home (pillow, vase, coffee table) you can change immediately your theme, your mood and make your house the best relaxing place you could find. Sometimes you can add one of your favorite colors to a small wall but remember to put white curtains or you can do the opposite, white walls with your favorite color on the curtains. Also a good idea could be printed curtains with colorful motives on them…

    
   White is a color that you will never regret no matter what… My favorite combination is white and gold.

Patchwork pillows from Egypt

 I saw those in Egypt, Arabic patchwork pillows which are handmade. They are chic and simple with many colors on them. There are flower motives (Lotus: pharaonic flower from ancient Egypt) or Arabic geometrical patterns. They can decorate a living room a bedroom or even they can be hanged on a wall.
